My absolute favorite brunch spot, hands down in Petaluma! Beautiful ambiance. It's always decorated, and the best time is during Christmas. All the lights and decorations are amazing. Besides being a brunch spot, it's also a bakery. They make fresh bread and pastries that are so good. Love their bear claw, sourdough, and passion fruit panna cotta. My favorite thing to order is their tuna piadina. It's warm like a tuna melt, but what makes it different is the bread they use. It's almost like a nhan bread that's doughey and crispy on the outside, and inside there's arugula and banana peppers. I always get my iced honey lavender latte too. It's not too sweet but you get the lavender notes. Only downside is they don't take reservations. I wish they did! Staff is always friendly, such a great vibe here.
The brunch spot for me and my girlfriends. I love the tuna piadina! I should really branch out and try other things, but it's just so tasty. They make a yummy London fog and I enjoy their lavender lemonade and lavender mimosa as well. The decor is also super fun. Especially during the holidays! It can be super crowded on weekends so be prepared to wait, sometimes up to an hour. It is worth it though. Plus downtown Petaluma has lots of fun shops to pop into while you wait.
We were prepared for a Sunday Morning brunch wait because this place is so popular but we actually quickly got a table for 2 quickly and had amazing food and service (yes Sarah!) My wife had the toast trio and the bread and left no crumbs. My BLT (and side salad) was delicious and the Chai in a bowl was both cute and spot on. Highly recommend it - the staff are hard working and friendly even when it's super busy, and of course the bread's especially good.
Sarah made our morning complete, with her amazing service, her helpful suggestions, and her friendly smile and service. If we come back just for her service, it would be enough! Atmosphere was pleasant and relaxed. Food was delicious and served with great presentation. Coming back to this lovely restaurant. Hope to get you again as our server, Sarah

Love this bakery / cafe . I do miss Della , but the family has really kept her vision in tact . They make some amazing things , I miss the meatloaf sandwich so much . I have many pictures, I have to pull them up and add . The inside is simply gorgeous. Just almost like u are in a movie set . They have expanded , precovid I am very happy to see they finally added Thursdays back , unfortunately, they have been stuck in Covid hours , only open 3 days a week , now four . I don't get that , but it must make sense to them . Sidewalk seating is available, I think they stopped requiring u to order thru the QR code , which is too annoying and impersonal. The focaccia, omg all the baked goods . And the frozen soups and sauces & also the grab and go salads . Just all good and beautiful! They also make stunning espresso drinks . In the heart of Downtown Petaluma ! Perfect for strolling after or before . Copperfields books is just around the corner , spacious location.
This place can get really busy on Sundays. It's best to go early to get a good place to sit. The service was great despite it being so busy. The avocado toast had great flavor and my partner enjoyed his sandwich! Definitely will go again :)
Absolutely loved the food. The toast trio was amazing. The bean toast was so unique and flavorful - hints of olive was so phenomenal with the tasty bean. The egg salad was properly grated, resulting in perfect texture. We also tried the special salad with Dungeness crab and I thought the amount of crab was very generous and delicious. I seriously cannot wait to come back to try more items. I'd say the ambiance is maximalist. Which I love. It's full love delicious (bread) and beautiful (flowers), so if this isn't your vibe, you should probably check yours first. We came in around closing time - and the staff gifted us with free bread when we left. What not to love?
This may not be the right thing to order here, but it was actually very very good. The bread was amazing. The meat was plentiful and mostly tender. I have a habit of ordering Rubens as I like to compare and contrast. The breakfast salad is what I would probably order next time. Portions are generous without being obscene. The home baked goods are terrific. They seem to be well staffed, and it was a fun place to have a meal on Saturday morning.
Top quality fare since its inception . Amazing service by such courteous wait staff And the ambience is only heightened by the wafting aroma of freshly baking bread. We ordered the scrambled and the Benedict. Both were so delicious!
